I was a student, practising dictations at about 100 wpm and working in offline captioning when I purchased DJ. You can practise all you want, but if everything isn’t translating, because the words aren’t in your dictionary, then it’s not much good.

DJ was so easy to use, and there were so many different categories to choose from. If I knew I was working on National Geographic television shows at work, for instance, I worked on the animals category. If I was going to do some news shows, I worked on the politics category. And you don’t have to work on a whole category in one setting. You can do as much as you want, come back at a later time, and DJ saves what you did before and starts you off from the point you left off.
